1. Audio + Workbook. Start with the modules, in order. Do the workbook after each one — that's where the foundation begins to get built.

2. Scoring Rubric. Once you've completed the audio modules and the workbook, move on to the Scoring Rubric. This is where the time you've put in — the hours away from your family, the practice most candidates never bother with — starts to pay off. The rubric shows you what's actually being evaluated when you answer, so you're not guessing at what matters.

3. The Five-Step Method (Complete Interview System only). This is where preparation becomes execution — a five-step framework designed to turn everything you just built into one repeatable structure for how you approach any answer.
